Cancellation Policy
Event, workshops & sessions:
- You can cancel your booking up to 6 hours in advance online or via phone/WhatsApp.
- If you are late and your slot is still open or available, you still can attend the class. Otherwise, late cancellation policy applies and we will charge you full booking fee.
- If Sigma Wellnesse cancels a session due to a valid reason, you will get credit to use in the future.
- Force majeure Sigma Wellnesse shall not breach of this agreement nor liable for delay in performing or failure to perform any of its obligations under this agreement of such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, quarantine, restriction of international travel, terrorists attacks, war, fire, floods, explosion or accident, interruption or failure of utility service.
