Event Highlights:
Tone and Sculpt Class:
Kick off the event with an invigorating fitness class focused on toning and sculpting your body. Our expert instructor will guide you through exercises that enhance your strength and flexibility.
Core Training for Wellness: 45-Minute Fitness Class:
This event is starting with a 45 minutes class of core training combining floor workouts and standing abdominals exercises holding light weights.
Mindful Makers: Yoga and DIY Art Workshop:
After the class, we will relax with few poses of yoga and then we will learn how to decorate a photo frame and make it unique, so you can take home a small art piece you have created yourself! In addition you will meet amazing ladies from our community and make new friendships!
Note: Payment is refundable ( minus stripe fee ) If you cancel more than 2 days before the event. Less than 2 days or in case of no show is not refundable and can’t be transferred to another events.
